excellent stay on sunrise beach
direct access easy relaxation lush foliage peaceful atmosphere
I enjoyed the direct access from my poolside villa to both the pool and the beach. the bar and restaurant near the beach allowed for easy relaxation. I loved the setting. lush green foliage surrounded the hotel, it added to the peaceful atmosphere. massages were available on the beach, a wonderful touch.
the breakfast options felt limited after a couple of days. i had tried everything after day three, so i found breakfast elsewhere.

the resort offers free bottled water and coffee all day at the beach bar. complimentary taxi transfers from and to the pier are convenient, particularly with luggage.

Breakfast was served a la carte. I found it very good. the lunch menu was delicious. i enjoyed it several times. a dinner menu would be a great addition, guests would not have to find another restaurant.

the resort is on sunrise beach, with access to the sea. snorkelling is possible directly from the beach due to a huge reef with corals and fish. the hotel is a short walk to the walking street.

cracked tiles limited breakfast
The room showed signs of wear and tear. the bathroom had cracked tiles and a musty smell. i also found the breakfast selection very limited. The fruit wasn't fresh and the coffee tasted burnt.

beautiful trees large pool white sand
the grounds feature beautiful trees and well kept plants. the pool is large and offers many lounge chairs. i appreciated the white sand at the beach. the water was very warm, perfect for snorkeling right off shore.
the shower water had a very noticeable smell! i found it necessary to purchase mineral water to brush my teeth and rinse after showering.

the pool area included many palm trees, offering natural shade throughout the day, and i noticed staff consistently maintained the tropical gardens. this ensured a relaxing environment around the hotel.

the resort provided free rental of kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear, including life jackets! the staff ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience with pick-up and drop-off to and from the jetty.

The BREAKFAST buffet provided great variety and fresh options. The hotel offered convenient access to both the beach and the pool. Staff collected me from the jetty. This was an unexpected service and I appreciated it.

Staff WAS very friendly. They were always ready to help. The hotel restaurant provides quality food and drinks. An excellent laundry service is available and efficient. The hotel's location is convenient.

The location was GREAT. It allowed easy access to both town and beaches.
The BREAKFAST selection disappointed me. There was not much choice, and the quality seemed lacking. I found only water, orange juice, and poor coffee were available. I thought a resort of this level could have offered more.
